She said her son is still a student and is not working. She imagined a scenario in which her son decides to have a girlfriend without having the financial means to meet the girl's expectations.
Flora said her son cannot shoulder the burden, and then it would fall on her.
She said:
"Gheghe is a necessary voice for his target audience which are the young undergraduates and young men who are just starting out their lives. It's not everything that he says that I agree with, but most of the things Gheghe is saying, they are 100. Let's look at it this way: I have a son in the university and I'm the one responsible for his welfare, for paying his school fees, to his hostel accommodation, everything is on me. So my son goes to school and meets your daughter and your daughter is expecting him to carry her responsibility, pay her hostel accommodation, buy her books and in some cases, buy her hair. My son is not working and your daughter is not working as well, so where is your daughter expecting my son to get that funding from? It's going to be from me because I'm the one carrying him."
