A man, Udensi Bernard, has paid tribute to his friend, Goodluck Ikechi, who died months before his medical school graduation.
Sharing their last chat on Facebook, Bernard, a tech entrepreneur, said Goodluck's death made him weep for the first time in a long while.

Bernard described the death as truly heartbreaking. He said the deceased was innovative, a solution provider, an intelligent friend, and a shining light.
He added that Goodluck inspired everyone around him and carried hope in his voice as well as determination in his heart.
He expressed sadness that Goodluck's death came when life was about to reward his hard work. Bernard wrote on Facebook:
"And that was our last conversation after my birthday.
"Goodluck Ikechi , your death made me shed tears after a very long time. After so many years of struggle in medical school, just a few months to your graduation, you were taken away.
"This is truly heartbreaking, bro.
"You were innovative, full of ideas, always looking for solutions where others saw problems. My tech bro, my intelligent friend, a shining light among us.
"I remember our late-night chats, your endless passion for your dreams, and the way you motivated everyone around you. You carried hope in your voice and determination in your heart.
"Life was just about to reward your hard work, but fate had other plans.
"Rest well, my brother. Your name, your dreams, and your impact will not be forgotten."
In the last chat, the deceased promised to call Bernard the next day for a business discussion.
"Late already. I will cal you tomorrow for a business discussion," his last message read.
