How family members mourned Air hostess

A video shared by the BBC captured the moment Nganthoi shortly after the fatal India Air crash.

The lady's uncle, Kongbrailatpam Sanatombi Sharma, said the deceased hostess was a loving person who tried to make everyone happy.

Kongbrailatpam relived a sweet moment Nganthoi took a leave from work and visited him without informing anyone, just so she could surprise him.

He narrated:

"She had taken leave but didn't tell us. She wore a mask and quietly entered the house. She exclaimed, 'father, sister, I'm here.' She surprised us. She told absolutely no one. She loved giving surprises."

In the same clip that saw the late air hostess's mother weep uncontrollably, the uncle added that Nganthoi tried hard to get a job before she became an Air India worker.

"She was trying really hard to get a job. One day, she told me she would be going for an interview for an air hostess job."
