CCTV Footage Reveals What Happened to Female Clubber at Abuja Nightclub, Hustle & Bustle

FCT, Abuja - A video purported to have captured the incident leading to the collapse of a female clubber at Abuja Club, Hustle & Bustle has emerged online.

The incident which led to the death of the lady identified as Susan Oleghe, had since generated controversy.

The club has since shut down its operation in order to join the family to mourn the deceased.

It had initially been circulated in the media that the lady was electrocuted, but a trending video has now shown someone collapsed in the premises of the club with some people claiming the person in the video is the late Oleghe.

The club owned by Popular Nigerian business mogul Obinna Iyiegbu, better known as Obi Cubana, was shut indefinitely recently.

The management of the club shut down the fun spot after the death of Susan which occurred on Sunday, November 14.

A statement from the club management read:

“We are closed till further notice. This is due to the loss of our esteemed client. We are deeply saddened by this situation and need time to heal from it.
“Our prayers are with the families of the lost soul. May her soul Rest In Peace. We sympathize with the family on this unbearable loss. Kindly bear with us as we pass through this storm.”

FCT police command reaction to the unfortunate incident

On her part, the FCT police spokesperson, DSP Josephine Adeh, had admitted that the command is aware of the development and that investigation into it is ongoing.

Adeh added that the police have also ordered an autopsy report on Susan's remains to ascertain the cause of her death.

Her words:

“The case was reported to the police. This is a case of sudden and unnatural death, which investigation is going on.
“We are going to carry out an autopsy to determine the cause of death. I cannot tell you the cause of the death now until the investigation and autopsy are completed.”
