The incident happened on Sunday, October 31, at Emmanuel Baptist Church in Kakau Daji, Chikun local government area of the northern state.
In another report by Daily Trust, the abductors attacked the church while the Sunday service was still ongoing shooting sporadically.
Reverend John Hayab, the chairman Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), Kaduna chapter , confirmed, however, couldn't share details on time because of no telecommunications network.

Speaking further Hayab, said he could only confirm 60, based on the report from the villagers amid reports that about 100 people were abducted.
Kaduna State Commissioner Internal Security and Home Affairs, Samuel Aruwan, confirmed the the death of one worshipper identifed as Yusuf Dauda, but was silent on the number of the people kidnapped.
