Video Shows Portable Performing Unusual River Ceremony With Variety of Fruits: “See Better Smoothie”

Popular Nigerian street-hop artist, Portable, has once again set social media abuzz after a video surfaced online showing him performing rituals at a local river.

In the now-viral clip, Portable, whose real name is Habeeb Okikiola, was seen standing at the bank of the flowing river with a variety of fruits placed before him.

The Zazu crooner was captured shirtless, wearing a coral bead necklace and a white cloth tied around his waist.

Portable appeared to be engaging in a spiritual ceremony while making symbolic gestures and distributing the fruits in front of him, at different points, into the far depths of the river.

At one point, he was seen bathing with a local sponge, using it to scrub his head.

Legit.ng had also reported that Portable, caused a public spectacle after he was seen by a stream. A viral video captured the singer pouring bottles of Fanta into the river as if offering to the marine gods.

The street hop singer resorted to social media to post the video, which further showed him bathing with the beverage and vigorously sponging. This comes just hours after he showed fans his extensive collection of local soaps and body creams.

In the video he shared, the Brotherhood singer was seen pouring Fanta into the river. Following that, he entered the river and began taking a bath.

VDM calls out Portable over assault

Legit.ng earlier reported that the singer was called out by social media activist, Martins Vincent Otse, aka Verydarkman, over his behaviour at Felabration.

He shared a video and said the music star was doing too much and needed to be cautioned.

VDM promised to help the victim assaulted get justice and warned Portable not to come near Abuja. Many were not happy with Portable did to the artist and warned him to change his ways.
