Cardi B has called out her rap rival Nicki Minaj, reigniting their longstanding fight.

Their feud has lasted many years, and it peaked in 2018 when they got into a physical fight at an event. They later declared a truce.

However, on Monday, Nicki enraged Cardi by posting a series of disparaging tweets about her before deleting them.

Nicki used the lyrics from Cardi's song "Magnet" to mock her. Nicki's tweets have now been deleted, but Cardi's comments are still available.

In one post, Nicki wrote: 'Fallin off the charts wit a big bellyyyy / RUNNING TRAINS. Barefoot, still smellyyyyy / Still. You. Could. Not. outsell. meeeeee.'

Cardi responded, stating that she and Nicki do not consider themselves peers due to their age difference.

Cardi B is 32 years old and released her first successful single in 2017, while Nicki is 42 and released her first hit in 2010, the Daily Mail reports.

On X, Cardi penned: 'Why you keep bringing up my album?? It's not the gag that you think it is... You've been in the game like 16 years.. You need to compare yourself to YOUR peers that started around YOUR time. Rihanna, Taylor Swift, Drake…those are the numbers you need to be competing with and you can't cuz you're doing lower than all of them… I was in high school when you came out. Wtff are you comparing yourself to me for?'

It all started when Cardi B made a public announcement about her second studio album, Am I The Drama? going two times platinum. Sis announced the RIAA accreditation before dropping another bombshell: the LITTLE MISS DRAMA tour will be held at the TD Coliseum. Big wins and big shows.

Nicki Minaj, on the other hand, delivered a mystery flex of her own: a snapshot of an eagle in flight, arms outstretched. Why is that the shadiest? Cardi's cover image for Am I The Drama? depicts her wearing heels with a crow perched on top of them. The Barbz saw the eagle as "big bird energy" coming for Cardi's crow, and the internet went crazy with guesses.

Where others might have ended with the eagle, Nicki re-uploaded fan images and then shared a random image of three cartoon penguins with zombie-like expressions. Cardi didn't seem impressed. She planted the fuse with tweets such as:

Nicki responded with a freestyle about operations and Rico beefs, while Cardi kept the conversation going with face-to-face name-dropping.
