The singer stated:
“My personal opinion, I feel it is a stupid step to get married"
The singer also spoke about his philosophy on happiness, making it clear that financial stability is at the top of his list.
He stated:
“For me to be happy, I need a lot of money,” he said. “This is not even carnal. I like money. I want money.”
He explained that it’s not about greed, but about securing the kind of life he desires.
Interestingly, Chike revealed that music wasn’t part of his original plan.
He discovered his passion for it only after university, and since then, his rise has been steady. Today, he’s one of the industry’s most recognisable voices, known for blending heartfelt lyrics with smooth vocals.
On the criticism he sometimes faces, Chike admitted he’s aware that some people call him arrogant, but it’s not something that keeps him up at night.
