Rex made it clear that he holds no grudge against his fans, but said the actions of these TV stations will continue to keep Ghana’s entertainment industry behind.

He said:

“No disrespect to my fans, you guys know that I love you but e don dey too much. Enough is enough"

He explained that every production involves actors, directors, writers, crew members, and producers, all pouring their time, energy, and creativity into bringing a vision to life.

Broadcasting these works without consent, he said, robs everyone involved of the financial returns and recognition they deserve.

He warned that piracy and unauthorized broadcasts discourage investors from supporting future projects, as the risk of losing revenue is high. In his view, protecting creative works is not just a legal matter but an industry survival strategy.

He asked:

“As e be say nobody wan get sense tell una say that thing wey una dey no good… I just released Prince of Peace, una don stream am. Why?”
