She accused the company of prioritising damage control over compassion for the victim and her family.
According to her narration, instead of addressing the tragedy directly or reaching out to the family, the company allegedly instructed the Nigerian police to remove the plate number from the truck involved in the incident.

Phyna further stated that one of the Dangote Group’s managers was scheduled to visit the police station handling the matter, which she interpreted as an attempt to influence the process.
She expressed her disappointment that no effort had been made to meet or console her sister in the aftermath of the accident.
While making it clear that she was currently focused on attending to her sister’s needs, Phyna issued a stern warning that the truck and its driver must not be released from police custody. She vowed to take further action if such a development occurred.
She concluded her post with a demand for justice, declaring her conviction that no amount of wealth or influence should exempt anyone from the law.
In her words:
"Dear @aliko_dangotegcon @dangotegroup from all that has happen you decided to rather tell the Nigerian police to remove the plate number on the truck that crush my sister, and also one of your managers is going to the station tomorrow, what happened to seeing my sister first?
