Afrobeats star Davido Adeleke, better known as Davido, warmed hearts over how he honoured his late son, Ifeanyi Adeleke, at his white wedding to Chioma, aka Chef Chi, in Miami, Florida.
Legit.ng reported that Davido and Chioma had their white wedding on Sunday, August 10, in a lavish event attended by family and close friends.

The white wedding comes a year after the Nigerian award-winning artist married his wife, Chioma, in a traditional ceremony in Lagos.
To make his white wedding special and memorable, Davido used cufflinks with crested pictures of his late son at the event.
He also proudly showed off the cufflinks in a post on his Instagram page.
Recall that Ifeanyi, who was Davido and Chioma's first child, passed away in 2022 after drowning in the swimming pool at the singer’s house, according to police.
The singer was not at the residence in Lagos at the time his son, Ifeanyi, died.

Ifeanyi's demise made Davido and Chioma take a break from social media. While the DMW label boss has since returned online, Chioma is yet to return to her Instagram page, nearly three years after losing her son.
Davido's son's death shook the Nigerian social space for days, as the singer's colleagues, fans and followers mourned with him and his family.

Davido gets tattoo of Chioma's name
Legit.ng also reported that Davido drew a permanent tattoo of Chioma's name on his torso. The announcement was made in a post on Instagram by the singer's logistics manager, Isreal DMW.
In the video shared online, Davido was seen raising his shirt to reveal the tattoo on the side of his abdomen that openly displayed the name "Chioma."
