Air Peace to connect two continents

According to a report by ThisDay, the initiative highlights Air Peace’s commitment to expanding its global footprint and creating new gateways for African travellers to explore the Caribbean.

The Nigerian airline is building on its successful Caribbean operations, including Lagos-Montego Bay in Jamaica in 2020, and the Abuja-St. Kitts & Navis service this year.

The new initiative reinforces Air Peace’s strategic vision to bridge continents and boost interregional air travel.

Airline secures partnership

According to reports, Air Peace has partnered with tour firms to offer exclusive packages for the maiden flight.

A statement from the company said that fares for the Antigua and Barbados monthly scheduled flights are available on its website and customers can book directly.

Back in Nigeria, local airlines have announced a significant drop in their fares.

Nigerian airlines slash domestic fares

Several operators reduced airfares on domestic routes by roughly 35%, a complete reversal of the usual trend for this period of the year.

The price slash has been attributed to an increase in the number of aircraft in service and the entry of new airlines into the market.
