A bride-to-be, whose fiancé called off their wedding invited more than 120 homeless people to enjoy luxurious feast in Sacramento, California, USA.

Quinn Duane was set to marry her boyfriend of four years Landon Borup in a lavish $35,000 ceremony but a week before their wedding the man broke up with Ms Duane.

The bride's mother Kari Duane decided to make the best out of a heart-breaking situation and offered her daughter to invite homeless to a festive dinner. After a devastated would-be bride agreed, her mom asked local shelters for help advertising the dinner and around 90 people of all ages showed up.

The cost of the honeymoon as well as the wedding was un-refundable, so the bride and her mother flew to Belize to enjoy what would have been the couple’s celebratory trip.
