Real Madrid captain Sergio Ramos is not mad at Luis Enrique for omitting his name from the national team's preliminary squad.

The 35-year old has had arguably one of the worst years of his career as he has struggled with injury and consistency through the 2020.21 campaign.

Since March, Ramos has only played once due to muscle injuries and a knee problem that required surgery and these factors were key in his omission, despite his undeniable quality in defence.
