Accolades and congratulatory messages have poured in for dancer, businesswoman and media personality Yeni Kuti as she clocks the age of 60 on Monday, May 24.
Yeni who is the eldest child of late afrobeat legend, Fela Kuti, left many gushing about her beauty on social media as she flooded her Instagram page with photos taken to mark the new age.

Although 60, many couldn’t help but point out that the vivacious grandmother looks nothing like her age.
Back in her hay days, Yeni used to be a dancer in her father's band. However, after his passing, she moved on to her younger brother Femi's band, Positive Force, in 1986.
Yeni eventually retired from Femi's band but it didn't mean she stopped dancing. Although the mother of one doesn't dance professionally like she used to, a visit to her Instagram page shows her occasionally busting moves just like the old days.
