A Twitter user identified as Grace recently opened up about being a dual citizen of India and Nigeria.
According to the young lady, she had the opportunity to get an Indian passport and disown her Nigerian identification but she chose not to.
Explaining further, Grace said she chooses Nigeria every day because she believes in the country and is proud to be a citizen. She advised Nigerian tweeps to be proud too.
In her words:
“I'm half Nigerian, half Indian. I have the opportunity of disowning my Nigerian passport and getting an Indian passport. I choose not to every single day, because I believe in Nigeria and I am proud to be a Nigerian. You should be too.”
