Top Nigerian singer, Davido, is undoubtedly not a stranger to controversy. News recently made the rounds on social media that another music star, Victor AD, claimed that the DMW boss stole his hit track, Jowo, from him.

In a post shared on Twitter by a user called Thug Life, he claimed that Victor AD reportedly confirmed to Hip TV during an interview that Davido stole Jowo.

According to the post, the 30BG star heard the track when they both recorded the song they worked on together called Tire You.

The tweet explained further that Victor did not suspect any foul play and was surprised to hear Jowo on Davido’s A Better Time album without his management’s knowledge or consent.

Thug Life added that Davido reportedly blocked Victor AD on all his social media platforms and even threatened to ruin him.

The tweet reads:

“Victor AD just confirmed Davido stole his record "Jowo". According to AD; OBO heard d song after they recorded "Tire You". He was surprised to see d song on ABT without him/his mgt consent; He said Davido blocked him on Socials & threatened to ruin him. This wickedness.”
