Social Media Users Vote DJ Switch as their Favourite Nigerian Female DJ in Online Poll

Nigerian female DJs have been putting in the hard work to level up with their male counterparts in the music industry. However, some of them have managed to stand out more than others.
Just recently, Legit.ng conducted an online poll on Twitter to find out the favourite female DJ in the country.

Participants had the option of choosing between DJ Switch, DJ Lambo, DJ Cuppy and DJ nana.
Interestingly, 4.3% of responders voted for DJ Nana as their best Dj while another 14.5% cast their votes in favour of DJ Lambo.
Another 31.7% were in support of Gelato crooner, DJ Cuppy, while a staggering 49.5 % voted for DJ Switch as their favourite DJ.
DJ Switch emerged as the winner of the poll with Cuppy following behind her.

DJ Switch real name Obianuju Catherin Udeh gained the love of Nigerian youths for her impact during the protest against police brutality in the country. Switch filmed injured protesters at the Lekki toll gate scene.
Months ago, Legit.ng reported that the federal government tagged DJ Switch as a fraud that will soon be exposed. Lai Mohammed, minister for information and culture, revealed this on Thursday, November 19, at a press conference on the #EndSARS protest and its aftermath in Abuja.
The minister speaking on the roles that Switch played after she went live on Instagram filming the army shooting at protesters said that the DJ was one of the purveyors of fake news during the #EndSARS protest.
