In a bid to bolster his squad to battle for titles next season, reports from Spain have it that Barcelona manager Ronald Koeman has put up at least four players on transfer list.

The manager is looking to raise funds to do business in the summer transfer window and will now be forced to offload some of his players.

Barcelona have been severely hit by the impact of the coronavirus crisis and now they will need to let some of their big earners leave.

Spanish outlet El Confidencial via Soccer Laduma are claiming that Koeman has put together four names of players who should leave, as another four players who are ‘untouchables’.

Lionel Messi, Ansu Fati, Pedri and Ilaix Moriba are all on the reported "untouchables" list.

Koeman is understood to be keen on bringing in Georginio Wijnaldum and Memphis Depay on free transfers.

Griezmann will likely be allowed to go as well as Philippe Coutinho is also on the club's exit list.

Samuel Umtiti is no longer needed and lastly, Francisco Trincao, who has been the dubbed the "new Ronaldo" in the past, is also seen as surplus to requirements after failing to convince in his first campaign with the LaLiga giants.

And Lionel Messi has broken several La Liga records since he made his Spanish League debut for Barcelona senior team in 2005.

The 36-year-old currently holds the record for the most goals in the league as well as the most assists created in the topflight.

He has equally recorded the most wins and also remains the player with the most goals scored against other teams.

Meanwhile, Legit.ng earlier reported that Bayern Munich star David Alaba has reportedly turned down an offer to join Premier League club, Chelsea, as the Blues are hoping to sign him this summer.

The versatile defender earlier confirmed that he would be leaving the Bundesliga giants when his contract expires at the end of the season.
