Controversial media personality Daddy Freeze has taken to his official Instagram page to address his adultery case.
It was earlier reported that the OAP was ordered by a court to pay the sum of N5m for committing adultery with his partner, Benedicta Elechi, at the time she was married to her ex-husband.
The court ruling made Nigerians drag Daddy Freeze as many trolled him with his popular statement about tithes.
Reacting to the issue, the radio personality stated that the judgment was obtained in his absence as he was never served.
Daddy Freeze added that he would proceed to an appeal court and he believes that he will receive a fair judgment.
He noted that he would not be able to comment on the issues raised around the judgment as it is still before the court.

In other news, Legit.ng earlier reported that Daddy Freeze gave a savage reply to a fan who didn’t like his reasoning.
The media personality shared a post on his page about a club-goer who was arrested alongside others for flouting COVID-19 restrictions.
The club-goer later tested positive for the virus and he begged the policemen who held him to let him go home and self-isolate so as not to infect others.
In reaction to his plea, Freeze asked if the club he went to did not affect others also.
A follower then said Freeze's reasoning did not make sense. To that, Daddy Freeze said his conception also did not make sense.
