The first lady of Kogi state, Rashida Yahaya Bello, has taken to her Instagram page to thank award-winning artiste Davido for buying her children gifts.

She said the artiste met her kids at Dubai mall and bought them loads of gifts and was also kind to them.

According to the first lady, her children would not stop being happy over the kind gesture shown toward them by the Fem crooner.

Sharing a photo of Davido and her kids on her Instagram page, the first lady wrote:

“Dear David, I want to use this medium to appreciate the kind gesture you showed towards my kids today at Dubai mall with loads of gift, they were so excited and wouldn’t stop being happy.
"I pray God almighty enrich and uplift you in all that you seek for, and please keep making us proud.”

In other news, the 63rd Grammy awards nomination list was recently released and to the disappointment of fans, Davido was not on the list.

Different reasons and arguments have sprung up concerning the issue on social media.

One of his fans identified as Vinny on Twitter stated that he heard the singer did not submit his previous album A Good Time for consideration, as he was only concerned with making good music.
