Nollywood actress Stella Damasus is among Nigerians in the diaspora who are also lending their voices to the ongoing protest against police brutality by youths in the country.
The actress who is currently in Dallas joined fellow Nigerians in the city to come out and condemn the activities of the Special Anti Robbery Squad (SARS) who continue to harass youths across several states in Nigeria.
However, during the protest, Damasus appeared to have suffered a little health complication that required other protesters to quickly come to her aid.
Addressing the issue via a video shared on Instagram, the actress explained that she was not feeling too well before stepping out for the protest and she also failed to take her medications.
In addition, the actress said she did not eat before leaving the house. According to Damasus, all these and the stress from protesting resulted in her nearly passing out on two different occasions on the protest ground.
The movie star noted that she had to quickly come out and give a narration of what happened because she noticed that there were people who recorded videos of the incident.
Damasus also assured her fans that she is fine and nothing is wrong with her.
