Senator Danjuma Goje weds Aminatu Dahiru Binani in style

A former governor of Gombe state, Senator Muhammad Danjuma Goje, on Friday, October 2 married Aminatu Dahiru Binani, at a ceremony held in Abuja.
Goje is the current senator representing Gombe central senatorial district in the National Assembly.

Among those who attended the ceremony were Senate President, Ahmed Lawan; Governors Muhammad Inuwa Yahaya of Gombe and Abdullahi Ganduje of Kano.
The Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), Boss Mustapha was also present as well as the minister of communications and digital economy, Dr Isa Pantami and his police affairs counterpart, Mohammed Maigari Dingyadi.

Senators Ahmed Yerima, Aliyu Magatakarda Wamakko, Gabriel Suswam, Abdullahi Adamu; and a former governor of Jigawa state, Sule Lamido were also present.
Also present was the former SGF, Alhaji Yahaya Ahmed and the new executive director of Federal Housing Authority, Abdulmumin Jibrin.

Speaking at the ceremony, the Governor of Gombe state, Muhammad Inuwa Yahaya, prayed for Senator Goje, describing him as the leader of ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) in his state.
His words:
"As our leader, I pray Allah, Subhana WataAllah, will guide him and we wish him well in order to manage leadership with his wife.''

Recall that two years ago, Hajiya Yelwa Danjuma Goje, wife of the senator, died in a hospital in the United States of America.
Ahmed Mohammed Goje, son of the former governor announced the death of his mother on Monday, October 30, 2018.
Legit.ng had reported that dignitaries from across the country visited the revered senator in his Abuja home to commiserate with him.
Among those who visited Senator Goje then were the governors of Sokoto, Katsina, Kaduna and Zamfara.
Former Senate President, Abubakar Bukola Saraki also led a powerful delegation from the upper chamber to the home of the Gojes.
Saraki also led another Senate delegation to the burial proper in Gombe state where the late wife of the senator was laid to rest.
