Nigerian singer Damini Ogulu aka Burna Boy is no doubt on his way to make history with his latest body of work, Twice As Tall, and this is evident in the overwhelming reception that the project has received within a few weeks of release.

Just recently, Billboard via a post shared on their verified Twitter page disclosed that the album made a debut at number 54 on the Billboard 200 chart.

The feat recorded by the album is the highest-charting project for any Nigerian artist that has made it into the Billboard 200 chart.

Twice As Tall was executive produced by top American music executive Diddy, Burna Boy and his mother, Bose Ogulu.

The album comprises a total of 15 tracks and features artists like Naughty By Nature, Diddy, Stormzy, Sauti Sol, Chris Martin and Youssou N’Dour.

Meanwhile, singer Wizkid is among several Nigerian celebrities who threw their support behind Burna Boy following the release of the project.

The singer took to his Instastory channel to share an album art of Burna Boy’s project. He went on to described the self-acclaimed African Giant as his blood.

Still in a related story about Burna Boy, Legit.ng previously reported that the singer had a house-style listening party for his album which was attended by close friends and family members.

Burna Boy also gave his fans and followers an opportunity to be a part of the historic night as he was live on his YouTube and Instagram page.

His girlfriend Stefflon Don, sister Ronami, among others were present at the album listening.
