Kenneth has said to have made a legal request, he has drafted and submitter a document requesting for the judge to kindly modify the terms of his pre-trial release conditions in hopes of allowing him to be at the birth.
Kenneth has a curfew and travel restrictions that could stop him from being at the birth. These restrictions were implemented when he failed to follow court orders.
