Jonathan Barnett who is the agent of Real Madrid winger Gareth Bale has confirmed that the former Tottenham star won't be leaving Los Blancos until after his contract.

There have been speculation surrounding the future of Gareth Bale at Real Madrid with reports linking him with a move away from the Santiago Bernabeu.

The 31-year-old and Real Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane are said not to be in good term and has been acting unprofessionally since football returned to Europe.

No doubt about the fact that Gareth Bale has been impressive for Real Madrid since he joined from Spurs and has helped Los Blancos to win four Champions League titles.

Gareth Bale also reportedly snubbed celebrating with Real Madrid teammates after winning the 2019/20 Spanish La Liga title.

"Gareth is fine. He has two years left on his contract. It's a great loss that he's not in the Real Madrid team at the moment but he will not leave,'' Barnett told BBC.

On the other hand, Real Madrid have struggled to find any club willing to take on Bale's £600,000-a-week contract.

Real Madrid ended the 2019/20 Spanish La Liga season as champions with 87 points in what was an incredible record for Zidane.
