It is a time of mourning in the hip-hop world as well as in the family of 25-year-old talented model turned rapper, Chynna Rogers.
According to reports from the New York Times, the young lady kicked the bucket on Wednesday, April 8, 2020.
The news was revealed by the rapper’s manager, John Miller, in an email. The cause of her death has also not been determined.
In the last post by Chynna on her Instagram page, she shared a throwback video about needing music to die to.
In the clip, she said: “I think there’s too many soundtracks to our lives, I need music to die to.”

Chynna started modelling at the age of 14 after she was discovered by a scout in New Jersey. At the age of 15, she started up a conversation with rapper ASAP Yams where she asked to be his intern.
Later on, she started to perform and release singles with ASAP Mob.

According to reports from Daily Mail, the music star was shot dead in what seemed to be a home invasion or robbery attack by two masked men at his home in Hollywood Hills.
It was gathered that fire was opened on the music star who was at home at around 4:30am on Wednesday, February 19, 2020. The rapper was reportedly shot by the men who later fled on foot, leaving the entertainer in a critical condition.
