In a report by Premium Times, the Supreme Court on Monday, March 2, will hear an application filed by former Imo state governor, Emeka Ihedioha asking it to review a judgement that sacked him as the number one man of the state.

Ihedioha and his party, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), had approached the court after the ruling that nullified his victory and declared Hope Uzodinma of the APC winner of the gubernatorial election held back in March 2019.

The sacked Imo state governor in a motion filed by the legal team headed by Chief Kanu Agabi (SAN) urged the apex court to set aside the judgment that ousted him from office.
