Three second-half goals from Serge Gnabry and Robert Lewandowski were all Bayern Munich needed to claim their first victory over Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.

Germany international Gnabry broke the deadlock for the visitors from close range six minutes into resumption after superbly combining with Robert Lewandowski in the 51st minute.

The former Arsenal youngster started the build-up to the goal before passing the ball to the Polish star who gave him time to find a comfortable spot in the Blues danger zone.

Gnabry made a run down the left flank of the pitch to connect with a second straight assist from Lewandowski before putting the ball into the extreme right corner of the post.

Despite stretching beyond limit, Wilfredo Caballero still could not save the ball from crossing the goal line after his defenders had been caught off guard.

Meanwhile, the Poland striker increased his Champions League goal tally to 11 goals in just six appearances so far this campaign.
