Cameey: Fast-rising Nigerian rapper dies of cancer

It is sadly the end of the road for Joel Essoumam who had dreams of conquering the Nigerian music industry.

Many fans and friends were recently thrown into mourning after the Nigerian upcoming rapper better known by his stage name, Cameey, died of cancer.

According to reports, the fast rising rapper was said to have been battling hepatitis B which later degenerated into cancer of the liver. He died on Thursday afternoon, August 22.

Meanwhile, Simon Godwin Idoko, the young man, who was celebrated in 2018, for graduating with a first-class degree in pure and applied chemistry from Usmanu Danfodiyo University has reportedly passed away after battling illness.
