What American lady did after Nigerian man begged her to marry him so that he can travel abroad
A social media user recently shared her encounter with a Nigerian man and how she handled his strange request with members of the online community.
The lady identified as @Thatlewisgirl89 shared her story on popular micro-blogging platform, Twitter.
According to her, she had been taken by surprise at the boldness of the Nigerian man who sent a direct message to her on the social media platform. His message had entailed a request in which he had told her that he would like to get married to her just to get access into the United States of America (USA).
He also added that the both of them do not have to remain married as he would immediately file for divorce once he got into the country.

The American lady, however, explained in her tweet that she made sure she was not rude in responding to his requests. She said she respectfully declined and added that she was not going to reveal the identity of the man, as he was really just trying to do better with his life.
Going further in her recount, she disclosed that the Nigerian man made his intention known about trying to get an education in America, and she has now taken it upon herself to help him search for universities that offer accommodation and some funds to help him.
