Savage stated this in a post shared on her verified Twitter account, where she also sent a message to so-called women who undermine her achievements and try to downplay her success. Her post has sparked a bit of controversy online, with many people having an opinion about her statement.

Tiwa is not the only celebrity who believes that women are undervalued in Nigeria. Just recently, Toyin Abraham fired at MC Galaxy for requesting ladies to strip for N50,000. Her stance was that he was propagating indecency and splashing money around for women who might really need it but succumb to the immoral way of getting it because they have no choice.
