Legit.ng readers react to lady who got dumped by boyfriend for cooking okro soup worth N10,000

Legit.ng earlier reported that on Wednesday, January 30, a young lady took to social media to narrate how her boyfriend dumped her for cooking okro soup. According to Ntiwunka Jessica, she disclosed that she was to meet her boyfriend’s family for the first time.

Jessica further explained that because her boyfriend’s parents were coming over, she requested for money to cook something for them but ended up using her cash as her boyfriend was to do a refund later.

Unfortunately, after her cooking the young man refused to call Jessica again and this got her thinking which made her share picture of her delicious okro soup on Facebook.

On seeing the picture of the soup, Legit.ng users disclosed that they understand why Jessica’s boyfriend was no longer interested in meeting with her again. Lovely Nwankwo said: “Compared to this my delicious okro soup I understand why he dumped you Nne.. sorry hungry dog go even reject this your soup talk more of.”

Alabama Alaska Agwara also disclosed that Jessica’s boyfriend was wise because she is a lady that can make a man go bankrupt. His post reads: “He is a wise man, because mare looking at the soup of 10k you will know she is out to bring him back to poverty, how can you cook okro for your suitor with origoro snail lol.”
