A young Nigerian lady identified as Princess Ife on social media recently shared her experience with a SARS officer who extorted and threatened to kill her over money in Lagos. According to the victim, she was on her way to a shoot when officer Omotosho Olushola Charles stopped her.

After stopping her, he proceeded to ask for money, when she was hesitant, he threatened to waste her life. Omotosho only released her after she transferred N5,000 into his account. Ife shared a screenshot of the transfer on social media as she reported the daylight robbery by an officer of the law to the police.

Her post read: "With my encounter today, it’s safe to say SARS are armed robbers. Was going for a shoot in Ikorodu today and armed members of SARS pulled us over and made us pay for no reason. Threatening they were going to waste our lives. I made a transfer so they can be traced. @YomiShogunle."
