Sophia Momodu, the niece of Dele Momodu who also doubles as the first baby mama of Davido, has reached out to the Nigerian artist shortly after the funeral of his friend, DJ Olu.

The young lady took to her Snapchat page to wish the father of her daughter well following the series of allegations being made about the deaths of his friends. Davido had been rumored to be involved in the death of Tagbo, one of his friends.

This development made his legal counsel take the case up and address the public on the state of things. Prior to this, rumours were being aired in every nook and cranny of the country concerning the deaths; this was starting to put off the fans of the well-loved artist. He was said to have been taken in by the police for questioning at some point too.

The CCTV footage showing Davido's last moments with the deceased was released in order to exonerate the latter.

Sophia Momodu, sensing that the period seemed to be a crucial one in the life of her baby father, used the opportunity to reach out to him and encourage him. She shared a photo of Davido and quoted a Bible verse to support him.
