Nnamdi Kanu perfects bail conditions

- Three sureties, including a Jewish Rabbi and Senator Enyinnaya Abaraibe, vouch to stand-in and ensure the IPOB appears for trial at all times

- Members of Nnamdi Kanu's family, his lawyers and sureties are currently heading to Kuje Prison to pick him up after all the conditions given to the IPOB leader for his bail was met

A Federal High Court judge has signed the bail papers for the leader of the Indigenous People Of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu.

Legit.ng learnt that Justice Nyako signed the papers on Friday afternoon, April 28, after all the conditions given to the IPOB leader for his bail was met.

Three sureties including a Jewish Rabbi and Senator Enyinnaya Abaraibe, vouched to stand in and ensure the IPOB appears for trial at all times.

Members of Nnamdi Kanu's family, his lawyers and sureties are currently heading to Kuje Prison to pick him up.

The group in a convoy of over 10 cars, left the Federal High Court in Abuja after the bail conditions were perfected.

Legit.ng had earlier reported that a Jewish Rabbi had been flown in from Port Harcourt to perfect the bail condition of the IPOB leader.

Senator Enyinnaya Abaribe (Abia South) also signed the 100m bail bond of Nnamdi Kanu, while another Nigerian businessman was also standing by with his bail bond requirement.

The deputy Senate president, Ike Ekweremadu, was also involved in the process of perfecting Kanu's bail.
