A political analyst from India, Aravind, had predicted in April, 2025 that former Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro would face removal following a shift in global geopolitics.
He stated:
“I can predict once the Russia-Ukraine peace deal is done, Trump will go after Venezuela hard with sanctions and try take out Maduro. If everything fails, a false flag and direct bombing-invasion will happen.”

By June, 2025, Aravind expanded on his earlier prediction, stressing that oil was at the centre of the United States’ strategy. He remarked:
“Uncle Sam is where there's oil. Venezuela will be couped with or without an assasination/military operation by the US. Oil prices will hike, US will control VE oil. And with its own production, US will have most of world's oil, making a killing while controlling prices, and many also give Russia an olive branch to let go of China dependence. Russia may take it.”

“Venezuela is now couped. Maduro has been taken out. US now controls VE oil. And most of world's oil as I predicted.”

He wrote, “The Government of the Republic of Colombia observes with deep concern the reports of explosions and unusual aerial activity recorded in recent hours in the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, as well as the consequent escalation of tension in the region.”
