- Cristiano Ronaldo could be making a return to Real Madrid this summer
- That is if Enrique Riquelme should become the next president of the club
- The businessman is also interested in appoiting Jurgen Klopp as next coach
Zinedine Zidane who is the current gaffer of reigning Spanish champions Real Madrid is now on the verge of being sacked at the Bernabeu if Enrique Riquelme should become the next president.
This comes after Enrique Riquelme who is the chairman of Cox Energy claimed that he will try and lure Jurgen Klopp from Liverpool to Real Madrid if he should win the coming election.
The 32-year-old has also vowed to make Cristiano Ronaldo return to Real Madrid after leaving the Spanish side four years ago.
However, Enrique Riquelme will face big competition from current president of Real Madrid Perez who is still interested in running the office for the fifth time.
According to the report on UK Sun, Riquelme stated clearly that he is not interested in working with Zinedine Zidane at Real Madrid.
"Zidane would not be my coach. The Sports Directorate thinks of another profile with another strategy.
"I personally like Klopp a lot and Raul is doing very well. It would be to value him.
"I put on the table that we repeat Cristiano because he has represented a lot for football and for Real Madrid.
"There are no old or young players, there are good or bad players."
Meanwhile, Zinedine Zidane and his players at Real Madrid are currently occupying third position on the Spanish La Liga table with 63 points after 29 games.
Earlier, Legit.ng had reported how Tottenham Hotspur star Harry Kane emerged as a priority target for Spanish League giants Real Madrid this summer.
Los Blancos recently tilted towards landing England forward since their quest to bring either Erling Haaland or Kylian Mbappe is taking a longer time.
Both youngsters are the hottest attackers in the world at the moment but their clubs will not be ready to part ways with them anytime soon.
However, the 13-time European champions appear to be preparing for life after Karim Benzema and will make a bid for the Spurs star at the end of this season.
The 27-year-old is contracted to the North London club until the summer of 2024 but he might not be able to turn down a chance to play for the La Liga defending champions when they call.
