"I know you don’t know me, but please if you are seeing this, kindly say thank you to my grandmom in the comment section because I really don’t know how well I can appreciate her."
She spoke on a deeper level as she shared another video on her page, expressing profound appreciation for her grandmother, who she said played the role of both a father and more in her life.

"DEAR MRS TAYE AKINWALE. I really have more to say to my grandmom, but my emotions didn’t let me.
"This woman right here is my pillar, my strength and my everything. My whole life was shaped and formed by her lessons. This woman right here has been my parent from childhood, where other children boast of a father’s and mother’s love. I declare my grandmom the best woman on earth because she is the father figure in my life.
"Right from primary and secondary school to higher institution, and till this moment, this woman has been shouldering my responsibilities. The reason why I’m more grateful to God is that she is still right here, seeing a seed she planted, watered, and cared for grow. Honestly speaking, it’s a privilege. In as much as NYSC looks normal, at some point I felt like going back home, but I really want to see that happiness on her face when I finally get home . These few clips make my service in camp worth it.
"Thank you for all you do, my super hero."
Her story immediately impressed people online, as many took to the comment page to share their thoughts about her and her grandmother.

She highlighted the consistent love, belief, and encouragement she received.
She shared:
“Omo, it’s a long story oo. She is my hero, my mother and a mother for all. She raised me through school, she believed so much in me, and here we are today."
"I don’t think I would be able to explain in details typing it, but when I say she is a father to me, believe me, she has shown me genuine love and support. In fact, she is the most supportive person in my life right now.”
Reflecting on her schooling years, she recounted the many ways her grandmother helped her balance responsibilities and academics.
She shared memories of waking up early to prepare food for selling, and how her grandmother actively supported her entrepreneurial spirit while ensuring her studies did not suffer.

"I would wake up around 4 a.m. to prepare the pepper ponmo (cow skin) and my grandma would be the one to help me put the firewood together, grind my pepper.
"While I go get the ponmo at Sabo morning market, by the time I get back, the pepper would have been fried, just to wash the cow skin and then prepare it and sell in class."
"And with her help, I got to school early. In fact, I was the assistant senior girl in my set because all this didn’t affect my studies, and I got scholarship from JSS3 to SS2. For you to know, all this didn’t affect my studies.
"After all that, when I came back from school, I would sell pure water or cooked groundnuts. She would go to the market for me to get the groundnut in a bag and help pick out the dirt, and immediately when I’m back from school, after eating, I would just cook and take it to Sabo market."
"Note: I was still very young, and she doesn’t collect a dime from what I earn from all this, yet she supports me. She would still be the one to pay for my school fees and all, but if I just say I want to sell this or that, she is always ready to help out—not because I was suffering."

She encouraged others to cherish the love and guidance they receive, saying:
“Never take the love for granted and be focused."
