However, her academic journey was not without its challenges. She had to adjust to a new environment and quickly realised that university life was different from secondary school.

Her initial results were a wake-up call, causing her to seek out supportive friends and refocus her efforts.

She also embarked on entrepreneurial ventures and pursued professional certifications, including ACA, while juggling her studies. Her hard work paid off, as she graduated with a 3.93 GPA.

In her words:

"I had a difficult time deciding on what university to attend right after secondary school. And then my mum suggested Unilag which never crossed my mind because “why would Unilag accept someone like me?” I thought to myself. Lol. I chose UNILAG as my first choice and watched all my mates get admission but there was me refreshing my jamb portal a million times. Admission was about to close and I cried and gave up too.

"On the very last day the school was giving out admission, I checked my jamb portal and I was admitted into the university of Lagos though it wasn’t the course I wanted. I was happy anyways. Matriculated on February 14th, 2020 and didn’t know what path to take. We took a Covid break and before I knew it,the first exam was here! I was so unserious and wrote those exams with the normal secondary school mentality (test and exams should be at least 60).
