Yetunde said filming him became necessary as he needed to be reported and disciplined for his actions.

"You see him? He did not stop when he was supposed to stop. That is why I am doing this recording. He took us past our stop and I need to report him to the London transportation...

"This is him, this is the bus, this is the stop. Okay? Yes, he needs to be reported. I don't care. I am going to report you and that's why I am making this clearly. We pressed the bell severally, he refused to stop for us," she said while filming.

The bus driver did not utter a word as the woman ranted on. She maintained that the bus driver deliberately ignored her and drove past her bus stop.

"And I have said that I am going to be reporting them online. Can you see his face? He needs to be disciplined. I am going to post this on all platforms for them to see it...
"He did not stop for us when he was meant to stop and we pressed that bell. We pressed it like four times, he refused to stop."

She said it was ridiculous that bus drivers treat passengers that way, not minding that they pay to be on the vehicle.
