Woman shares funny exchange with okra seller
She visited a store in Rome to get okra, and when she arrived at a shop, the seller didn’t seem to have what she was looking for.
So she showed him a video, and suddenly, he asked her to wait as he zoomed out of the shop to get the okra from another place.
Seeing this, the woman compared the seller in Rome to her brothers in the eastern part of Nigeria due to his behavior and actions.
The video played further as it showed the moment the said man arrived with what the woman had demanded.
The Nigerian woman made the video available on her page via a popular social media platform, TikTok.
On her social media handle, @foodiesandspice, where she shared the post, the video quickly went viral online after she uploaded it.
The description of the video and the statement of the woman read:
"I came to the owner of this shop to look for okra, and he asked for the picture, I gave him the picture and he was like okay I should wait he's gonna get it in another shop, I said let me follow you, he refused. he said wait here and ran away that he's going to get it from another shop."
Seeing his actions and passion to sell his goods and outsource anyone which incident available, the woman added:
"He's behaving like my Igbo brothers, like how many boxes do I want? he rushed and ran away and did not allow me follow him. Let me see what he's going to bring back."
As he arrived with it, she asked for the price of the okra she came to buy, and he revealed a shocking amount.
