A Nigerian lady in the United Kingdom celebrated her latest win, announcing her new property.

She said she had bought her second property in the UK in just three years of moving to the country as a dependent.

In a TikTok video by @victoryomoyinesmith__, the lady shared how she lived in a one-room apartment when she first arrived in the UK.

She said:

“I’m too oiled to fail. Proud cash buyer. No mortgage. Second property in 3 years of living in UK. From one room... to owning 2 properties, As an immigrant on a dependant visa, I started my UK journey living in one room in a shared house. Then, I moved in with my in-laws.Then, my husband and I bought our first house together on mortgage. And now... I've just bought my own investment property — a 3-bedroom semi-detached house — as a cash buyer.

“Even when lenders rejected my mortgage application because I wasn't working, God made a way. What they said "no" to, God turned into "yes". No mortgage. No limits. Just grace. A God did it.”

In another video, the lady mentioned her job, stating that she was a content creator.

She said:

“Them: there is no money in content creator. Me: After paying cash, no mortgage for my 3 bedroom semi detached in the Uk as a content creator on a dependant visa who has only been in UK for 3 years.”
