A Nigerian lawyer, Stella Justice, has answered whether side chicks could drag her man’s wife to court over insults.
She stated that it was possible and went on to provide a scenario that could occur between a man’s wife and his mistress.

On her Facebook page, the barrister noted that if a wife confronted her husband’s side chick with insults, she could sue the wife for defamation.
According to the lawyer, if your words dãmåge someone’s repütation, you can be sued.
She said in her Facebook post:
“CAN A SIDE CHICK DRAG THE WIFE TO COURT FOR INSÜLTING HER? Wife sees husband’s girlfriend and shouts in public; “Shãmêlêss side chick! Husband snåtchêr! Local prøstïtùte!”
