The heartbroken man, identified by the handle @thomsincruz23 on X, shared his story, confessing his feelings of helplessness.
In his emotional plea, he wrote:
"I don't know what to do now. I just lost 45k to gambliing today. Now I can't even pay 35k for my mom's hospital bills I can't even go to the hospital RN and my mom is dying. Somebody please h3lp m3 I don't want to loose my mom. I pray God does. My biggest fear rn is i don't wanna loose my mom. My mind dae cut. My bro has been calling my line since. I can't even pick."
