Hilda Baci has unveiled a plan to cook the largest pot of jollof rice the world has ever seen.

According to the celebrated chef, the public cooking event will be happening on September 12, 2025.

In the announcement she made on Instagram, Hilda said the pot to be used will measure 6x6 meters.

She said:

"Almost 2 years ago I had the dream to cook the largest pot of Jollof Rice ever made. That dream is coming alive. 6 meters by 6 meters wide."

Now, the chef has unveiled the large pot she will be using to cook the jollof rice. In a trending video, she and her crew were seen stirring rice in it using long ladles. The video was shared by @keezgist.
