Speaking in a TikTok video shared by @chidexpeetv, the woman said she had the desire to get married, but she had to follow her father's instructions.
According to her, when she was young, she was getting a lot of suitors, but she ended up not marrying any of them.
She said her father told her to remain at home and take care of the house since she was the first child.
However, the woman said she is now regretting following that instruction as she has remained single at an advanced stage.
The woman who spoke in Igbo language said:
"why I didn't get married? There is something my father told me. He told me not to leave his house. The load that was given to me was too much. Suitors used to come for me."
