A Facebook page, Oriental Times, reported that the unnamed priest fought with the women inside the church after they refused to have their August meeting at a different venue.
The page shared a short clip from the incident, showing the priest breaking bottles inside the church amid the pandemonium.
In a follow-up clip, a crowd had gathered in front of the church, with some men interacting with the priest.
The page explained that the men speaking with the priest were the husbands of the women, whom he chased away from the church and scattered their meeting.
"Part 2: After almost breaking their heads with bottles, Catholic women finally called their husbands to confront the Reverend Father for chasing them away from the church where they were holding the August meeting."
