Twitter users have begun looking out for deals in Jumia’s Black Friday sales, with a customer demanding the link to an iPhone 13 device that costs ₦6,850. On Wednesday, November 10, 2021, a customer, Real Mibanti, headed for the popular social media platform, Twitter, to request for a link to one of the most coveted deals on the e-commerce site.

Some users replied to Mibanti with the details of the iPhone deal and when it had been gifted. Others threw their hats into the ring and joined the search for the deal, while a few joined in the Twitter bants as they laughed at the search.

Mibanti’s tweet and search were a tad late, as Jumia Nigeria already announced the winners of the treasure hunt the week before. Gara Stephanie, a baker who resides in Abuja, Nigeria, got the latest iPhone, while Adegbayi Oluseyi, received a ₦200,000 voucher and one-year Jumia Prime free delivery for only ₦2,000.
