Under the programme, qualifying transactions made through the Shelta app will earn users Cova points, which can be converted into redeemable cash on the platform.

The transactions include payments for rent, utility bills, household projects, appliances and renewable energy solutions, according to the company.

Subscribed users will also be eligible for monthly draws featuring household items, plots of land in Blue City Projects, return flight tickets, funded projects through SAFE and free rent, among other rewards.

Shelta said both existing and new users are eligible for the programme, including Nigerians in the diaspora who use the platform to fund household expenses in Nigeria.

The company said there would be no restrictions based on location, income or account tier, provided users transact through the app.

Shelta also said it currently has more than 100 household delivery and merchant partnerships across major Nigerian cities.

It added that new partners, including Matilda Rozi and Ekishi Africa, had recently joined the platform, with additional partnerships expected to be introduced during the programme.

According to the company, the reward initiative is designed to provide users with additional benefits while they pay for routine household needs through the platform.

SURE26 will remain active until December 2026, when the programme will culminate in the announcement of its grand prize winners.
